This was our first year to celebrate Easter with Saya, and we did it all: the dress, the basket, the egg hunt, lots of family in town. It was a fun weekend, but a little bit exhausting. Maybe that’s why it has taken me so long to post the photos.
Saya’s dress was a birthday gift from her friend Koume. It looks so sweet on her—just the perfect spring dress. Of course she refused to wear the fancy shoes that I bought to go with it. Oh well…you have to choose your battles right?
Saya loves the piano at her grandparents’ house. We usually bring a bag of musical instruments when we go over there for a Sesame Street jam session.
