I took Saya to the doctor today for her two-year check-up. She had to get three shots, and it bummed both of us out. After she woke up from her nap she sobbed for an hour and a half. All I could do was cuddle her in my arms, and tell her how sorry I was that she wasn’t feeling well. But I also felt grateful today to have a beautiful, healthy little girl who is growing and learning right on track.
It’s supposed to reach 74 degrees in Pittsburgh tomorrow. I’m going to pull some clothes out of Saya’s summer box, and take her to the park. I hope she has better day tomorrow.
