serendipitous

Yesterday on one of my favorite blogs Tiny Happy, there was a post about making beautiful needle cases using vintage embroidered ribbon.  Yesterday was also the day that I put a vintage embroidered ribbon in my etsy shop that would be perfect for this project. I love serendipitous things.

Thrift stores, estate sales, and flea markets make me happy. At this point I have collected more of this beautiful embroidered vintage ribbon than I will ever use, so I put some for sale in my etsy shop.  Have a look!

I had another great shopping experience on etsy.  I found exactly what I had been looking for.  I love this style of hair clips for Saya, and Ryoko from coco stitch made these for her.  I love them.  She also has other cute hair clips and bags for kids in her shop.
